Dell Partners With DevCool To Offer Healthcare Integration Platform As A Service

In order to offer scalable technology tools to the healthcare industry, Dell Boomi, the cloud solution unit of Dell , has partnerd with DevCool, an IT advisor and systems integrator to major healthcare payers and providers, to deliver Healthcare Integration Platform as a Service (HiPaaS).

HiPaaS is based on Dell Boomi AtomSphere integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) in combination with DevCool’s Healthcare Analytics and Integration platforms.  Talking about the benefit of this service, Chris McNabb, general manager at Dell Boomi, said, “Every stakeholder in the healthcare ecosystem is under increasing pressure to share greater volumes of information faster and more securely. Built upon the Dell Boomi integration platform, with built-in healthcare features such as HL7, our HiPaaS with DevCool represents a true application integration breakthrough.  Providers, payers, clearing houses and TPAs can now achieve far greater operational efficiency while improving accuracy, reducing risks, and controlling costs, all of which contribute to improved patient outcomes.”

HiPaaS merges healthcare transactions and applications on a scalable cloud-based platform, increasing visibility into and improving management of healthcare claims, membership, and eligibility – all with a low monthly fee. “We are pleased that DevCool and Dell Boomi are working together to deliver powerful and scalable solutions for the healthcare industry at a manageable cost. Our HiPaaS is currently helping multiple healthcare providers recover lost revenue, and the solution has already demonstrated benefits for payers, clearing houses and third-party administrators,” said Sandeep Deokule, CEO of DevCool. DevCool had joined the Dell Boomi Partner Network as a Certified Referral Partner in October, 2015.

For the healthcare companies the HiPaaS platform will deliver a healthcare ecosystem based on the DevCool HealthCare Analytics Platform, providing visibility into operational data and innovative dashboard analytics for monitoring of claims, memberships, and eligibility. DevCool will also offer the HealthCare Integration Processes, providing the out-of-the-box integration required to transmit and process X12 transactions, such as claims, enrollment, and eligibility. “Offering real-time and batch capabilities, the solution enables providers to easily exchange healthcare data with insurance companies, who can benefit from seamlessly integrating healthcare transaction processing from various trading partners,” explained Deokule.
